If you’re looking for a new contract, Vision Road Concepts could have the perfect role for you. We offer flexible work arrangements for all our roles, including part-time, full-time and casual. We also upskill our workers by offering labourers the opportunity to undertake a Cert III in Civil Construction.
When you engage us to find new workers for your company, we’ll start by identifying the roles and responsibilities you’ll require for your upcoming job. From there, our Recruitment Specialist will begin the recruitment process, providing you with a shortlist of quality, vetted applicants. We screen all our staff, ensuring they’ve passed criminal history checks and can undertake and pass random alcohol and drug testing.
Once you’ve chosen your workforce, we’ll be with you every step of the way, supporting you to onboard new labourers into your project. At Vision Road Concepts, we take the tricky labour hire off your plate, so you can focus on delivering your project.
Looking to join our team as a member of our civil, asphalt or labour staff? We have regular openings for roles in these areas. We offer both casual and full-time employment, and also provide opportunities for our general labourers to upskill with a Cert III in Civil Construction.
